AZUBUIKE CHIBUZOR NELSON aka PHYNO “The Playmaker” is a producer/artiste/Song writer from the eastern part of Nigeria (Anambra). He has worked with a good number of artistes in the Nigerian Entertainment Industry like M.I, Timaya, Bracket, Ill Bliss, Mr Raw, Runtown, Flavour, Phenom and more. He recently produced and featured in the Hit single from ill Bliss – “Anam Achi Kwanu”. The just released video of the song is currently getting rave reviews for its artistic directing from the one and only Clarence Peters and a nice act from PHYNO. He released his first single titled MULTIPLY in 2010 and followed it up with a monster remix and a video that featured M.I, Mr Raw, Timaya and Flavour His next release was SHUTDOWN, a song that showed his versatility and a very unique talent of using the ibo language with a hip-hop beat and maintaining an on point delivery and flow. The videos for his two singles were directed by Clarence Peters for CAPITAL DREAMS Pictures. Today Phyno dishes out his new single “CAN’T U SEE”; this will be his third single off his forth coming album and brings a whole new side to the playmaker which has never been seen before, going hard on the drums and keeping his versatile flow with his lyrics, switching back and forth in Ibo and English. This is definitely the year of the “Play Maker”, Look out for Phyno this year as he’s set to rock the industry. Word has it that he has been doing some work with some heavy weights in the industry… we’ll just have to wait and see what this talented act has in store for us.
