The Records and Information Management Awareness Foundation (RIMA Foundation) is set to hold the 9th edition of her annual conference, exhibition tagged Records and Information Management Awareness Conference & Exposition (RIMACE) slated for October 25th respectively in Lagos, Nigeria. RIMACE will take place at Etal Hotels and Hall, Plot 30, Kudirat Abiola Way, Ikeja Lagos, at 9 am. A paper on the theme ”Records and Information Management in the Era of Cloud Computing” is expected to be presented at RIMACE 2013 by His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Edo State Comrade Adams Oshiomhole. The Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, Mallam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi is also expected to present a paper on “Legal Issues in Records, Information and Archives Management”. Mr. Uthman Bolaji, Director General of the Lagos State Records and Archives Bureau will also be presenting a paper on “Records and Information Management Capacity Development in Africa”, while Mr. Huw Grossmith – Managing Director, TBYP Services (Ltd), Western Australia, will be presenting “Electronic Records Management: Associated Issues and Challenges”.
