MH FRESH: “T.G.I.F” BY LOVA

LOVA hails from Abia state. He’s a graduate of the University of Lagos. He started performance and rap while in secondary school.  In 1999, He got together with a couple of friends and formed a group called Deadly Onda Ground (Lova , Majeed and Sil). They had a few performances as a group and split in 2008.

In 2004, extraordinary his debut single ‘BLACK MUSIC’ hit the waves in Lagos and was one of the first rap video to be played on Music Africa and it gradually made him popular around Festac and the city of Lagos. He was named festac finenest by friends.  His most recent single ‘which 1 u dey’ featuring Samzee with W4 as additional backup vocals on the hook, the video was directed by the most talented XYZ for Capital Dreams Productions.

He also had collaborations with 2Face Idibia, Sound Sultan, Black Face, W4  just to mention a few.  He’s currently working on his 12 track debut album, which would be out by june 2013.
