MH FRESH: “DAT 1 SEF DEY” BY DAMAGE

You might have heard of him and might not have, but Damage is certain that after this you’ll be asking for more. Here’s the release of Dat 1 Sef Dey as the first single of his forthcoming EP titled “ The Renaissance”. Dat 1 sef dey was produced by acclaimed producer “Ex- O” of Cash – In records and has Damage critiquing the status quo in Nigerian rap as he states why he should stand out despite the odds.

With “Nowadays everybody wanna rap and if they got friends in the crowd somebody’s gon clap…” as the opening line Damage wastes no time in painting a picture of his state of mind. Precise Punch lines, clever wordplay & braggadocio rhymes make up Damage’s choice weapon as he picks his battle. He also doesn’t forget to big up those that have come before him. Watch out for “The Renaissance EP” with productions from Pitch, Sizzle Pro and Ex-O and features from Earpiece and Ese Peters amongst others.

Damage (Real name Musa David) is a rap artiste. He hails from Taraba State
and started rapping as far back as 10 years ago. He has a B.sc in Computer
Science from Ghana and cut his rap teeth while in Military School in Jos.
He made it on to the DJ Neptune‘s top 50 Enigma Mixtape and won the Cool Fm
Naija Playlist May Edition last year. His songs are currently enjoying
airplay on the beat 99.9fm, cool fm, rhythm fm etc. and has opened for
industry acts like D’banj, Wizkid, Banky and Dipp etc.
