The fall 2012 couture season is bringing to the surface some innovative makeup looks that are bound to steal the spotlight at any event, so if you’re ready to draw inspiration for your next show-stopping look, take a peek at Dior’s couture makeup looks and recreate your favorite styles!

Just when you thought makeup couldn’t get any hotter, Dior’s Creative Director, Tyen unveiled his magical new makeup looks in the brand’s Fall 2012 couture presentation. The makeup creator managed to transpose his innovative ideas into a gorgeous, real life display of fluorescent and metallic makeup designs that gave the oh-so-fabulous fashion creations an edgier look.

Paying an apparent tribute to color, Tyen chose to sculpt the model’s facial features and pale complexions using vivacious pigments that look edgy yet sexy and modern, perfect for women that wish to accentuate their uniqueness yet maintain a high dose of sexiness. Icy eye makeup and fierce, fiery lips beautifully clash to attract attention towards a woman’s delicate features. If you’re ready to shine and own your look, turn your attention towards the fantastic makeup styles signed Dior for Fall Haute Couture 2012 and recreate your favorite looks.

Dior’s makeup creative director, Tyen opted for an almost futuristic, icy eye makeup look created using silver eyeshadow applied across the eyelid, color paired with a vivaciously pigmented line drawn boldly across the lash line. The bright hues balance perfectly the coolness of the silver eyelids, creating a stylish, out-there eye makeup than will not go by unnoticed. Experiment with hot pink, lagoon blue, pearl white and prairie green eyeliners, as they are all going to deliver fantastic results. The pigments can be easily traced using an angled brush and to achieve an even more dramatic result, you can coat the upper eyelashes using the same color as the eyeliner, the effect created being absolutely superb.

While the pale, perfect looking complexions were paired with cheekbones sculpted to perfection using sheer rosy tone blush, the lips received a high dose of sexiness though a multi chromatic approach. The lips were intensified using gorgeous tones of orange-reds and gourmand pinks and a fuchsia-violet color applied using the finger on the center of the lower lip to underline the duality of the makeup.
Sexy yet sweet, bold yet stylish, the makeup looks featured by Dior at the brand’s haute couture fall 2012 presentation open the door to new, innovative makeup looks that aim to underline beauty and style, so dare to go bolder with your makeup by recreating your favorites Dior couture looks.

Oh my god, I’m in love with these makeup looks! I almost never use silvers or gray tones but this makes them look wearable (and useable…) to me!
